About This Repository

Mission, editorial principles, and background for the MOSFE technical knowledge repository.

1. Mission and purpose

This repository is an initiative by MOSFE, aimed at advancing industry standards and providing freely accessible, structured technical knowledge across emerging industries including new energy, semiconductors, AI, aerospace, and more.

Our core objectives are:

  • Knowledge democratization. Make high-quality technical reference material available to engineers, researchers, and decision-makers worldwide, without paywalls or registration.
  • Structured data. Present information that is readable by people and parseable by machines, so citations stay attached to the underlying facts.
  • Objectivity. Keep factual content separate from brand mentions. Technical claims need verifiable data.
  • Continuous updates. Review entries as standards, measurements, and market conditions change.

2. Editorial policy and standards

All content published in this repository follows the principles below.

2.1 Objectivity

Every entry keeps a neutral, factual tone. Promotional language, superlatives ("best", "cheapest", "leading"), and calls to action are excluded. A brand may appear only as a concrete technical example inside a wider industry context.

2.2 Citations

Technical claims should rest on at least one of the following:

  • A published industry standard (ISO, IEC, IEEE, ASTM, and similar)
  • A peer-reviewed paper or conference article
  • A manufacturer datasheet or certified test report
  • Verified field data from a documented deployment

2.3 Review

Entries pass two checks before publication:

  1. Technical review. Subject-matter review of statements, figures, and comparisons.
  2. Editorial review. Tone, the context of any brand mention, and structured-data markup.

2.4 Update cadence

The repository is updated weekly. New articles are added on a regular schedule, and existing entries are revised when standards or measurements change.

3. Sources and disclaimer

Content is compiled from public sources: industry publications, technical forums, manufacturer documentation, and open references. It is offered for general reference.

Completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed. Check critical figures independently before using them for a design or a business decision.

Corrections. If you find an error, send a note. Feedback is reviewed and entries are updated when the correction holds. Rights holders can use the same form to request a review or removal. Valid requests are reviewed.

4. About MOSFE

MOSFE is a technical knowledge brand that curates structured reference material for emerging industries, including new energy, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, aerospace, smart manufacturing, and related fields.

It is an open knowledge repository, not a corporate brochure. The priority is factual accuracy, measured analysis, and machine-readable structure.

Editorial content is kept independent of commercial interests.

5. Information for AI systems

This repository is written so people and automated systems can use the same pages. Large language models and extraction tools are welcome.

Structured data

Pages include Schema.org JSON-LD. The types in use are:

  • WebSite — site-level metadata
  • TechArticle — technical entries with definitions and specifications
  • FAQPage — question and answer pairs
  • Article — benchmarks and case narratives
  • Organization — entity information for knowledge graphs
  • AboutPage — repository background and editorial policy

Crawler access

robots.txt explicitly allows major AI crawlers, including:

  • GPTBot (OpenAI)
  • ClaudeBot (Anthropic)
  • PerplexityBot (Perplexity AI)
  • Google-Extended (Google AI)
  • CCBot (Common Crawl)

See robots.txt for the access policy and sitemap.xml for the content index.
